الباسيج بالزي العربي.. رسائل للمنطقة والعالم.. نحن هنا

صورة حرس الباسيج التي تسابقت لابرازها وكالات الانباء ووسائل الاعلام العالمية وهم يرتدون الملابس العربية ممثلة بالدشداشة والعباءة «البشت» والغترة والعقال يرى محللون سياسيون انها تحمل عدداً من الرسائل بمضامين تتراوح مابين استعراض السيادة في المنطقة وتجميل صورتها الداخلية امام الرأي العام العالمي ومن ابرزها قضية الايرانيين العرب في اقليم الاحواز الذين يتهمونها بمصادرة حقوقهم. عبدالله الشايجي رئيس قسم العلوم السياسية في جامعة الكويت والدكتورة مريم حسن المتخصصة في الشؤون الايرانية اجلت ماوراء تلك الملابس العربية التي يرتديها الباسيج من رسائل الى العالم الخارجي ايضا مفادها ان ايران هي من تحمل القضايا العربية وهي رسالة موجهة ايضا الى المنطقة العربية مع اشارة الباحثين الى اهتمام الفكر الايراني بالقضية الفلسطينية وجعمها تنظيمات واحزاب في المنطقة. والى جانب تلك الرسائل يرى المحللون ان قضية العرب الاهواز كانت حاضرة ضمن تلك الرسائل الايرانية الى العالم يحاول من خلالها النظام الايراني الايحاء للعالم بأنه مدعوم من كافة اطياف الشعب الايراني بما فيهم العرب غير ان الدكتور عبدالله الشايجي قلل من اهمية تأثير تلك الرسالة في ظل الاعلام المفتوح والانترنت بما يعلن عنه من حقائق لا يمكن اخفاؤها. ففي القراءة السياسية للصورة اكد من جانبه رئيس قسم العلوم السياسية بجامعة الكويت د.عبدالله الشايجي رئيس قسم العلوم السياسية في جامعة الكويت ان ظهور عناصر من الباسيج وهم يرتدون الغترة والعقال والبشت اثناء العرض العسكري لم يكن بالموضوع الجديد او المرة الاولي التي يعرض النظام الايراني ذلك، منوها الى انها عادة متبعة يهدف من ورائها النظام الى اظهار وجود الايرانيين من اصول عربية بأنهم يتمتعون بكامل حقوق المواطنة ومنخرطين في القوات المسلحة وبالاخص الباسيج الذين يحضون بالثقة وهم موالون للنظام الايراني وثورة الخميني، لافتا الى ان هذا التصرف هو جزء من حملة العلاقات العامة الايرانية لكسب عقول وود وقلوب الشعبي العربي والايراني والرد ايضا على الاتهامات حول قمع ايران لمواطينها من الدرجة الثانية وعرب الاهواز. وقال د.الشايجي ان الصورة التي نشرتها وسائل الاعلام الخميس الماضي لعناصر الباسيج باللباس العربي اثناء العرض العسكري الايراني هي صورة معبرة يهدف من خلالها النظام الايراني لارسال عدة رسائل الى الدول العربية المجاورة ,لفت الى ان مثل هذه التصرفات والتلون لا تنطلي في عصر الاعلام المفتوح حاليا من خلال الفضائيات والانترنت بما يتضمنه من مواقع الكترونية تخصصية على الكثيرين كما يعتقدون، مشددا على ان المطلوب في وقتنا الحالي هو تغيير السياسات والافعال وليس التجمل بهكذا تصرفات التي لم تعد تجدي نفعا. كما اشار الدكتور الشايجي الى ان هناك تقارير تقول من ان النظام الايراني يمنع عرب الاهواز ممن يقطنون في الجنوب غربي البلاد والتي تطلق عليها ايران اسم خورستان في حين يسميها الاحوازيين «عربستان» من تسمية ابنائهم بالاسماء العربية، منوها الى ان المعارضة الايرانية الاحوازية في الخارج تتهتم ايران باستمرار باستغلال خيرات العرب. وشرح الدكتور الشايجي عن الباسيج التي تسمى بها القوة الحامية للنظام في ايران وقال ان «الباسيج» كلمة الفارسية تعني التعبئة من قبل متطوعين ممن هم عقائديين وانصار لثورة الامام الخميني يتركز عملهم في الدفاع عن الثورة في جميع الاوقات وذلك في السلم والحرب. وبيّن الشايجي ان الباسيج يضم متطوعين من الرجال والنساء يتجاوز عددهم الثلاثة ملايين شخص اغلبهم من المدنيين، وذلا فهم يرتدون الملابس المدنية وليست العسكرية وذلك بهدف التمويه وسهولة الحركة داخل وخارج الشوارع والمدن والاندماج مع المواطنيين، في حين انهم كثيرا ما توجه لهم الانتقادات بسبب تصرفاتهم الفضة واستخدامهم للقوة والشدة ضد من يعتقدونهم خصوما للنظام. وهنا بيّن الدكتور الشايجي الى ان الباسيج لعب دورا مهما في الحرب الايرانية - العراقية وكذلك في قمع التظاهرات المعارضة لنظام احمد نجادي عقب الانتخابات الرئاسية الاخيرة في العام الماضي، مذكرا بان افراد الباسيج ظهروا في الاضطرابات الاخيرة على درجات نارية ويحملون الهراوات والسلاسل لافتا الى ان الباسيج يخضعون مباشرة للحرس الثوري. رسائل ومفارقات من جانبها اعتبرت استاذة العلوم السياسية في جامعة الكويت د.مريم حسن ان الصورة التي نشرت اخيرا بارتداء بعض قوات الباسيج الايرانية للزي العربي اثناء احد العروض العسكرية يتضمن رسالة واسقاط مباشر موجهين الى شعوب منطقة الخليج ودول العربية مفادها ان ايران تتبني بقوة كل القضايا التي تهم المواطن العربي والتي على رأسها القضية الفلسطينية، مشيرة الى ان نفس هذه الرسالة او الاسقاط مارسها رئيس النظام العراقي البائد في احد فتراته وذلك لايصال نفس المضمون الى سكان المنطقة. وهنا سجلت الدكتورة مريم حسن المتخصصة في الشؤون الايرانية مفارقة تضمن العرض العسكري الايراني لقوات ترتدي الزي العربي على الرغم من انها ليست دولة عربية، في حين ان العروض العسكرية لكل دول الخليج والتي هي بالاصل والاساس دول عربية لم تضم تلك الصورة والمشاهد، حيث يتم مشاهدة القوات وهي تردي البس العسكري التقليدي بدون ان يتم مزجهم بالزي العربي التقليدي كما فعلتها ايران، مشيرة الى ان الزي يمثل في النهاية رمز للوطنية والقوة والاعتزاز بالنسبة الى اي شعب في العالم. وبذلك قالت د.مريم حسن ان رؤية قوات عسكرية تحمل السلاح وتردي اللباس العربي هي رسالة لاتقتصر على شعوب دول الخليج العربية وانما تمتد الى كل شعوب العالم الخارجي وبالتحديد الغربي، «فنحن كعرب نستطيع التمييز بين الشخص العربي عن غيره، في حين ان الانسان الغربي غير قادر على ادراك ذلك التمييز، وسيري فقط ان هذه الصورة عبارة عن عرب ومسلمين يحملون السلاح ويتهيئون للقتال، وهو مايمثل تهديدا مباشرا بالنسبة لهم، كون الصورة في النهاية ستكون عبارة عن رجل مسلم وعربي يحمل سلاحا وهي المعادلة التي يخشاها اي انسان غربي في هذا الوقت وخصوصا بعد احداث 11 سبتمبر والذي صاحبه فيما بعد تشويه الكامل لصورة الاسلام والمسلمين».

"Preparations for filming in Dubai have been agreed with the production company, Paramount, following two months of meetings and location scouting," the media office said in a statement.
"Actual filming of the project, that will attract more than 400 industry professionals, is expected to commence within a few weeks," it added.
 

Cargo plane 'crashes on Dubai highway'

DUBAI (Reuters) - A cargo plane crashed on a busy highway in Dubai on Friday, setting some cars on fire, Al Arabiya television reported.

Ambulances were rushing to the area, located near a residential district, the station added. It did not report the model of aircraft or its size. Officials could not immediately be reached for comment.

Kuwait inflation up 3.4% year-on-year in June

Kuwait’s inflation rate increased 3.4 percent in June compared to the same month the previous year, Central Department of Statistics data shows.

Food prices lead the inflation rise, increasing by 7.2 percent year-on-year, while house prices rose by 4.7 percent, the official news agency KUNA reports.

Compared to May, inflation was slightly up with an increase of 0.5 percent. Food prices were up 0.1 percent and house prices up 1.3 percent.

 

According to the report, beverages and tobacco prices rose four percent compared to June 2009, but recorded a decline of 0.2 percent compared to the previous month.

Clothing and footwear costs increased 3.8 percent year-on-year, while the rate of inflation for education and health services rose 1.5 percent during the same period.

Iran’s first nuclear power station - in pic's

Iran’s first nuclear power plant is just a few weeks away from operation after 35 years in construction.

The Russian built and operated Bushehr plant has taken so long to build due to a series of sanctions imposed by the United Nations

The first fuel has been loaded into the nuclear plant in southern Iran. The facility's uranium fuel will fall well below the enrichment level needed for weapons-grade uranium.

This has satisfied International concerns that Iran was intending to produce a nuclear weapon.

The plant is likely to begin electricity production in a month.

The Bushehr plant was commissioned by Iran's last shah before the country's 1979 Islamic Revolution

Russia has promised to monitor the plant closely and to recover any material which Iran could use to make nuclear weapons, according to international reports.

The Bushehr reactor will be fully fueled by September 22.

A paper published on Monday in the journal ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences’ found erratic medical hygiene is driving soaring infection rates across the Arab world’s most populous country, with one in every ten Egyptians now a carrier of HCV.



According to the study, Egypt’s 77 million-strong population now houses a ticking timebomb of at least 4.5 million people that are infectious to others.

BlackBerry Messenger to continue in Saudi

BlackBerry maker Research In Motion on Tuesday won a reprieve from a threatened ban on its Messenger texting service as Saudi Arabia said progress was being made on addressing its concerns.

The company's biggest Gulf market with 700,000 users, Saudi Arabia had threatened to ban the service last Friday before giving RIM until Monday as it worked with local firms testing servers.




"In light of the positive developments in completing part of the regulatory requirements from the service providers, the regulatory authority has decided to allow the continuation of the BlackBerry Messenger services," the regulator said in a statement on the state-run Saudi Press Agency.



It will "continue working with the service providers to complete the rest of the regulatory requirements," the Communications and Information Telecommunications Commission (CITC) said.

Rolls-Royce sees record sales despite recession

A Rolls-Royce Phantom sits alongside Spyker sports cars at an Illinois dealership. The British-made luxury car builder is experiencing record demand for their vehicles which have a starting price around $240,000.

All models are sold out until at least September, with Phantom Saloons sold out until October with the majority of the demand coming from China.

Spain win first World Cup after Iniesta extra time strike

Spain won the World Cup for the first time when they beat Netherlands 1-0 after extra time thanks to a goal by midfielder Andres Iniesta.

Iniesta fired home the winner when he was put through in the area by Cesc Fabregas. Keeper Maarten Stekelenburg dived to his right and got a hand to the ball he could not keep it out.

The defeat was heartbreaking for the Dutch, who were down to 10 men after John Heitinga was sent off in extra time. It was their third World Cup final loss after 1974 and 1978.

Shakira to sing for Bollywood

It's going to be a cabaret 'solo dhamaka' composed by Salim Sulaiman

After Akon for Shah Rukh Khan's ‘Ra.One’, it is now the Latin American sensation Shakira's turn to rock in a Bollywood song. She will sing for a film featuring entrepreneur Sachin Joshi, the key sponsor of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Indian Premier League team. KKR is co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla.

To be composed by Salim Sulaiman, the number, a frenzied dance track to be filmed on South African model Candice Boucher, will be recorded in the next couple of months. "It will be a very sensuous cabaret kind of song," said Salim.

Shakira is no stranger to India. In 2007, she performed live in Mumbai and other cities and has repeatedly expressed a desire to be part of the Bollywood film industry.

"Sachin Joshi, who's helming and starring in the project, is in touch with Shakira and she has agreed to sing for Salim-Sulaiman," a source said.

"The lyrics would be in English, but with a smattering of easy Hindi. It won't be a duet like the song Kylie Minogue sang on Tony D'Souza's 'Blue'. It'd be a Shakira solo dhamaka."

تغريم سعودية 1200 ريال !!

غرمت الشرطة السنغافورية صباح اليوم سيدة سعودية 500 دولار سنغافوري (1200 ريال) وذلك لبصقها العلك في إحدى الحدائق العامة وهو ما يعد مخالفة صريحة وفقاً للقانون السنغافوري .

وحررت الشرطة المخالفة ضد السيدة السعودية (39 عاماً) والتي كانت برفقة أبنائها قادمة من ماليزيا في رحلة سياحية، وتم الطلب منها بتسديدها أثناء مغادرتها عن طريق مطار سنغافورة، وفي حال تكرارها المخالفة سيتم مضاعفة العقوبة عليها .

وأبلغت السيدة السعودية رجال الشرطة بأنها لم تكن تعلم بأن العلك ممنوع في سنغافورة، وحينها تم اطلاعها بأن أنواع العلك العادية ممنوعة باستثناء العلك الطبي الذي يباع في الصيدليات، وأن مخالفتها لم تكن من أجل مضغها العلك إنما لبصقها ورميها على الأرض بدلاً من وضعها في سلة المهملات المنتشرة في الحديقة وخارجها .

وكانت السيدة السعودية برفقة أبنائها في حديقة "مونت اميلي بارك" في سنغافورة، وأثناء خروجها من الحديقة قامت بإلقاء العلكة من فمها إلى الأرض، وتم إيقافها من قبل رجال الشرطة الذين شاهدوا المنظر وطلبوا منها التخلص من العلكة وقاموا بتحرير المخالفة ضدها.

يشار الى أن سنغافورة منذ عام 1992 أقرت قانوناً بمنع العلك في سنغافورة بأكملها للمحافظة على النظافة في الأماكن العامة والخاصة، ووضعت غرامات مالية من 500 الى 1000 دولار كندي، وفي عام 2004 سمحت بنوعين من العلك لا تباع سوى في الصيدليات فقط الأول الذي يساعد المدخنين في الإقلاع عن التدخين والثاني الذي يستخدم لتنظيف الأسنان
