Other winners included The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Glee for Best Comedy Writing. Best Reality Show was won by Top Chef – ousting The Amazing Race for the first time in seven years.



George Clooney also picked up the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award for his work in Haiti, Darfur and Hurricane Katrina victims. The star asked Hollywood to put a spotlight on those in need and for the media to put those in need on their front pages rather than celebrities.
