1- Al-wa7da mall: a good & large mall there.
2- Marina mall (near Emirates palace)if you want to feel the luxury you can spend your nights at Emirates palace hotel too ;)
3- Abu Dhabi mall
Resturants:
Zahrat lebanon in Khaledeyah Mawaweel restaurant I can't remember where! both for shamii food which I prefer :p
There are good and famous restaurants and cafes inside the malls
