‘Kuwait without Pain’ health campaign launched

Hospitals in Kuwait are to operate a year-long pain free policy as part of a new national health campaign, according to a report on Sunday.

This should be GOOD.. right ??
but why am i  having this frightening and creepy feeling about the title ?? :P

The campaign, titled '365 Days, Kuwait Without Pain' is the first of its kind in Kuwait and will be implemented from April, according to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
Dr Mohammad Shamsah, director of the anesthetics and ICU department at Adan Hospital told KUNA that the aim of the campaign was to make Kuwaiti hospitals free of pain and to provide all necessary means of comfort for any patient living on Kuwaiti soil.

Shamsah added that such an initiative was part of guidelines laid down by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which stresses the right of every human being to be treated from pain and to live without pain.
All nursing staff are to be trained in the alleviation of patients’ pain and a working group would advice on the best way to deal with the side effects of pain, ranging from acute pain resulting from surgeries and accidents to chronic pain as a result of cancer or back problems.
KUNA reported that pamphlets on tips to overcoming pain will also be distributed in English and Arabic to patients admitted to hospitals.
