Introduce yourself to everyone!

Hi every one, I'm Noura Alharbi , Owner of thevenison.net web site . A mother of one beautiful daughter, her name is Gizlan – 4ys old, and a member of one large family consisting of 6 brothers and 5 sisters, I am no 11, so it was a busy household.

I was raised in a very healthy atmosphere, where you can find self-confidence, respect and hark working are considered as a very important family rules.

My lovely mother had taught me how to cook since I was 18, then I discovered my skills in kitchen , so I began to train my self , explore , read and search for different types of food recipes until I reached the level of creating my own original recipes.

What inspired you to start The Venison, and where did the name inspiration come from ?

Actually when my skills started to raise and people liked my dishes and started to encourage me to begin a business of my own , I joined exhibitions to try my luck which was very good for a beginner, but I found out that I need something more like a business personality , so the venison web site was created in 2008.
The venison is coming from the deer meat and my daughter's name means the deers , that's where the name comes from.
 

What differs you from other competitors?

Being different is coming from different lines , you c I have other skills and hobbies like music so I am a pianist also , and I love to paint much. playing with colors gives me a great joy , that's where decorating and designing comes from, also I love photography , I can take some shots for my food , not to mention that my job is a programmer. Also I found out that dealing with people is giving me even more experience about what they like, u c getting to know people and how to deal with customers is some thing you will never learn in books.
Now I can gather all my skills in one place to gain even better benefits, and gives the customers what he or she wishes to have, by Taking care of the whole party arrangement instead of tiring the customer with details.
 
 

What is your future planes for The Venison catering website?

The venison we site will have a new look in the coming month. actually I'm working on adding some educating videos of my own , and also there will be info pages about herbs and where we can find it in Kuwait.

This is the plan for the next 5 years, and after that I shall begin the mother plan of " The venison restaurant and café "
 

Did you face any obstacles/hard times in the process of making The Venison? if yes, how did you deal with them?
