Kuwait's Zain has chosen a former minister of communication to replace Saad Al Barrak, who has submitted his resignation, a newspaper said on Thursday.
"Former minister of communication Nabil bin Salama has been chosen as the chief executive," Kuwaiti daily Al Qabas said in an unsourced report. On Wednesday, Zain said in a statement that Barrak has resigned and the firm's board has yet to decide on his resignation.
